Support for Homeownership and Financial Education

Way Finders recieved a $25,000 grant from Santander Bank to support essential staff time working individually with clients in our First-time Homebuyer program as well as to support Financial Education staffing overall. This funding will be directly used to purchase credit reports for participants as well as keep our Orientation classes free for all. 

Way Finders First-time Homebuyer Program consists of Orientation, Financial Education, and a First-time Homebuyer class with an optional Post Purchase class. These classes (except post purchase) are offered at least once a month with Orientation and Financial Education being free of charge. 

Santander Bank's grant contribution will help families and individuals in western Massachusetts achieve the dream of homeownership, with its assocaited economic beneifts. 

Santander Bank is the sponsor for our February and June First-time Homebuyer Class.
