Northampton, MA— Way Finders, the largest nonprofit developer of affordable housing in western Massachusetts is leasing up 23 studio and one-bedroom apartments at its new 4-story, vertical community, Live 155. Located at 155 Pleasant Street in dynamic downtown Northampton, Live 155 is a short walk from shopping, public transportation, and other urban amenities. The property is scheduled for initial occupancy in May 2018.

Rents for studio and one-bedroom apartments begin at $900/month with utilities included. Qualified applicants are currently being processed on a first come first served basis.
