Live 155 - Construction Update
Way Finders’ 70-unit affordable and market rate development in downtown Northampton, Live 155 is being constructed right before our eyes. Since 2015 some key milestone for the project are as follows:
July 2015 – Acquired the Northampton Lodging property
September 2016 – Successfully relocated all Northampton Lodging Residents
October 2016 – Demolition/Construction commencement
December 2016 – Closing on all project financing
March 2017 – Slab foundation complete/begin vertical construction
