Become a Landlord

You own, or would like to own, rental property to earn rental income.

At the same time, you get to make a difference in the community. As a property owner, you’re in the fortunate position of being able to help people access safe, affordable housing. Way Finders is dependent on the strong partnerships we have with landlords like you. We’re grateful that together, we can help people live in homes that are kept in good repair, with rents that are affordable.

We offer education, counseling and resources to support those in need of housing, but also to those who provide it. We want you to be successful as a landlord. We’ll help you understand landlord rights and responsibilities and provide access to the available programs that extend the benefits of long-term, stable tenancy for both tenants and landlords.
